Returns MUST be made within 14 days, must be in the same condition as sold to them, with order confirmation

The customer will be responsible for postage. Booty Couture advises customers to send items back by special/recorded delivery so if there was a problem the package can be traced.

Postage will NOT be refunded back onto your card/paypal account.
